XMPie PersonalEffect Analytics is revolutionizing the way marketers track and manage one-to-one cross-media marketing campaigns. PersonalEffect Analytics is the industry’s first Web-based tracking and reporting tool that monitors each phase of a multi-channel, one-to-one marketing campaign, including print, email and the Web.
Because PersonalEffect Analytics is part of a truly integrated solution, information is automatically collected across all touch points, giving marketers complete visibility of campaign performance. Marketing service providers and print providers can view the results and revise campaign tactics, or flag customers to receive follow-up touch points, helping to improve response rates and overall campaign effectiveness.
PersonalEffect Analytics provides sophisticated tools for measuring the success of a marketing campaign, based on campaign variables (ADOR Objects), recipient responses, and tracking the respondents’ activities.
With the XMPie solution, organizations can track cross-media campaign activities and save them into a consolidated database; analyze the tracked information using a Web-based console; and then refine, optimize and enhance the current or next phases of the campaign accordingly. The analysis and refinement steps, geared to enhance response rates and ROI, can be done by the service providers as well as their customers.
PersonalEffect Analytics is available in two Editions: Signature or Premier. Both editions feature the same general reports, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) gauges, email performance reports, and grant service providers full access to the product’s analysis capabilities. The main difference is access to the Tracking and Analytics APIs:
- PE Analytics Signature Edition — enables end users (the service providers' customers) to view the results of their active campaigns, with the ability to create, edit and run custom reports.
- PE Analytics Premier Edition — allows end users’ dashboards to be custom-branded, works with the mobile reporting application, and gives access to APIs, enabling service providers to build additional functionality.
