Planning

Circle uses graphically rich language and an interactive process to sketch the various Touchpoints of a multichannel campaign and illustrate the communications and interaction flow between them. Design mockups and comments can be added to each Touchpoint for enhanced visualization and review by other stakeholders.

Production

Touchpoints in Active Projects are executable. Print pieces can be produced, emails and SMS can be sent, and websites are accessible.

Preview

Touchpoints in Active Projects can preview the Document / Email / Website associated with them, personalized for a selected sample or true recipient. This enables visualizing true customer experiences for a selected group of sample or real recipients.

Scheduling

Scheduling allows automated triggering of production at given times with recurrence patterns. It allows selection of target audience based on the individual’s profile.

Analytics

Circle users can view campaign reports directly from the Circle dashboard including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for progress monitoring, tracking and measurement.

External Touchpoint

External touchpoints allow Circle to communicate with external services in order to broaden its customer communication capabilities. For example, when submitting a form, a coupon can be sent to a recipient’s wallet or a lead can be created in a CRM system, using an external service. Connecting an external touchpoint to Zapier.com provides easy integration with over 1000 services.

Collaboration

Sharing the campaign with reviewers, for previewing and collaboration. Collaboration, visualization, brainstorming and verification of the campaign is made easy with the use of the digital storyboard.

Event-based Automation

Event-Based Automation enhances the selection of target audience not only by the individual’s profile but also by the individual’s tracked behavior in the campaign.

Parameterized Scheduling

Parameterized scheduling allows you to define flexible scheduling based on project parameters. Each project can be customized and scheduled to run at its own time. A prerequisite is PersonalEffect version 8.0 or above.

Project Template

The Project Template capability allows you to easily duplicate projects. Each instance can then be further customized and launched at its own time. A prerequisite is PersonalEffect version 9.0.1 or above.

Campaign-on-Demand

Campaign-on-Demand capability allows you to create cross-media campaigns for repeat use and to sell them in an online store (uStore). Each order is customizable by the shopper and can be launched automatically. Prerequisites are PersonalEffect with cross-media functionality v9.0.1 or above and uStore v9.0.1. or above.
