Rob Dallimore, Group Managing Director for Worldwide Printing Solutions, recalls the Group\u2019s deep history with online services, \u201cNearly 20 years ago we led the franchise market with the industry\u2019s first online ordering system which we called \u201cOPM\u201d (online print management), but as time went by, others caught up, so three years ago we embarked on a journey to become the most innovative again.\u00a0 After extensive research we found our product and partner in XMPie.
