NEW YORK, Sept. 15, 2014 – XMPie, A Xerox Company, today launched uStore 8.1, the latest version of its industry-leading Web-to-print software platform. Together with XMPie’s PersonalEffect 7.0, uStore 8.1 sets a higher standard for professional-grade Web-to-print solutions.
Within the new release, users can monitor customized multi-touch campaigns – whether it’s a postcard with a PURL call to action or a follow-up triggered email – through XMPie analytics. With uStore 8.1 and PersonalEffect 7.0, Web-to-print is not only about customized campaigns – it’s about measuring everything and delivering relevant analytics. For example, a branch manager can launch self-customized personalized communications with clients and then monitor success through response rates pulled directly from the platform.
In addition, the new multi-level approval feature will help users comply with their client’s organizational approval requirements. Administrators who create and manage Web-to-print sites are now able to define approval hierarchies with an unlimited number of approval levels, affording maximum approval-workflow flexibility.
uStore 8.1 also includes a new message template editor where administrators can conveniently create and edit email notifications generated by the Web-to-print system. Such messages are sent, for example, when an order is confirmed or a password is reset.
“uStore 8.1 brings together ease-of-use along with new capabilities, allowing our customers to embrace Web-to-print – whether seasoned or novice – and then grow their business with more applications that can address the evolving needs of their clients,” says Jacob Aizikowitz, president, XMPie.
uStore 8.1 offers print service providers a true out-of-the box solution with simple software installation and upgrades. As an integrated solution built on top of the PersonalEffect platform, it’s also a beneficiary of the new enhancements that were added to PersonalEffect version 7.0, which has been released concurrently. Both products are available Sept. 15 and will be demonstrated at Graph Expo within the Xerox booth (#1213).
