Marketing Console Discontinuation FAQ
Marketing Console (MC), the analytics add-on of the PersonalEffect (PE) solution, is being replaced by Circle Analytics. Circle Analytics is free for all PE cross-media solutions and all Circle editions.
As of January 1, 2022, MC is officially deprecated, and in Q2 2023, MC will be discontinued (see the FAQ section below).
Circle Analytics is by no means a 1 to 1 replacement for MC. Circle Analytics offers so much more:
- Out for the box analytics that requires no time or effort to set up.
- Customizable Analytics dashboard with built-in KPI gauges.
- Shareable Analytics dashboard with real-time analytics as well as an API to embed the dashboard in your own applications.
- Pre-defined list reports with the ability to add ADORs freely, at any stage (with no requirement to flag them for tracking before launching the project).
- Relative date ranges (with no requirement to redefine the date range every month).
- Interactive graphs and charts are viewable on mobile devices.
- Geolocation and devices, source and media, SMS analytics, and call to action (CTA) analytics.
- Circle Analytics is free for all PE cross-media solutions and all Circle editions.

Circle is GDPR compliant, and so is the Circle data warehouse.
How do I move from MC to Circle Analytics?
Circle analytics is freely available directly from Circle. Simply open an existing project in Circle and click the Analyze tab. The Analyze tab is the dashboard for that project.
Note: Circle Analytics is available from PE v 8.2.3 and above. However, to enjoy all Circle Analytics features we recommend PE v10.2 which includes Web ADORs for automatic tracking of website source and media.
