Today, Xerox announced CareAR Holdings, Inc. (CareAR), our new software company that is setting out to revolutionize the service experience. XMPie will be integrated into CareAR, along with DocuShare, Xerox’s flagship software offerings.
This is an exciting time for us. CareAR will pioneer a new category of next-generation service delivery software referred to as Service Experience Management (SXM). This platform helps enterprises digitally transform the service experience to deliver improved customer outcomes, greater operational efficiencies and better environmental, health, and safety results—all while helping enterprises close the skills and talent gap of their workforce.
ServiceNow, one of the fastest-growing enterprise software firms has made a significant investment into CareAR. This investment reflects their belief in our vision and our growth potential.
To support our vision as well as our customers’ evolving needs, we are investing in the company. This includes making ongoing investments in XMPie technologies, continuing to enhance the value of our offerings for our customers and over time, customers will benefit from product enhancements and having access to more capabilities.
