XMPie, a Xerox Company, today announced the integration of XMPie’s web-to-print technology with AccuZIP’s software solution for direct mail list management.
XMPie’s integration with AccuZIP’s hosted software boosts data quality for US-based direct mail jobs that are ordered via web portals created with XMPie web-to-print offerings. The AccuZIP technology automatically detects duplicate address records, provides presorting, and verifies mailing lists through CASS™ Certification and NCOALink® (National Change of Address) services. With such capabilities now as part of the XMPie workflow, customers can save costs by (a) ensuring that buyers only pay for mail items that are deliverable, and (b) by getting the best possible rates for postal delivery.
Additionally, customers can use the ‘aggregate multiple jobs’ capability of the XMPie software and then, in a streamlined fashion, use AccuZIP to presort the aggregated job, gaining USPS® higher volume discounts. This gives XMPie customers significant advantages in cost management of multiple small jobs, which might become cost prohibitive due to postal constraints on small volumes.
