Thank you for choosing to evaluate the uDirect Trial software – a limited version of uDirect Studio. The free uDirect Trial version does not require a license key and may be used for an unlimited period of time, however, no records can be printed.
The uDirect Trial software enables evaluation of the XMPie uDirect, uChart and uImage features. In this limited version, charts and personalized images print with a watermark. Full functionality of these features is supported by the uDirect Studio products.
The software can be run localized for English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Japanese and Chinese.
The uDirect Trial software is available for both Windows and Macintosh platforms. See uDirect system requirements.
Please contact us if you have sales or general enquiries about this trial version. After purchasing, you will get a license key to be used to activate the full version of uDirect, which has no production limitations.
Important:
- In case you encounter any problem during the installation, reboot the machine and try again. If the problem persists, contact XMPie Support.
- If the XMPie uDirect Trial panel does not open automatically in InDesign, open it from the InDesign Windows menu.
- It is recommended to begin by following a step-by-step tutorial that will teach you the basics of VDP (Variable Data Print) using XMPie’s uCreate Print.
